We use only high-quality materials to make our plush toys, including soft and durable fabrics, non-toxic stuffing, and safe and secure features such as embroidered eyes and noses. Our toys are CE certified and all fabrics used in their production are OEKO-TEX 100 certified. We design our toys in a way to be safe for newborns, if some toy design is not safe for children below 3 years old there is warning about this.
Can I return a personalized plush toy?

How do I care for my personalized plush toy?
We recommend spot cleaning your plush toy with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid putting the toy in the washing machine or dryer as this can damage the fabric and stuffing.
How can I use a coupon code?
You can enter your voucher on the checkout page. The link to enter the discount code is located just above the form for entering the shipping address.
How do I place an order for a personalized plush toy?
To order a personalized product, you can choose one of the ready-made configurations available in the store, if you want to change something in the design, just add a description of these changes in the field: CUSTOM DESIGN/PROJECT/EMBROIDERY

What kind of personalization options are available?
We offer a range of personalization options, including adding a name or message to the toy, choosing the fabric type and color, and even adding a custom logo or design. We sew all mascots ourselves, so you have a lot of possibilities to personalize and even change the appearance.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All products are made to order after we receive payment. For this reason, the order fulfillment time is extended. We try to process orders from customers as quickly as possible, but there are times when we can get more orders than usual in a short period of time, then the order processing time is extended after prior consultation with the customer.

Sewing products, depending on the degree of complexity and the ordered quantity, is from 3 to 7 working days.
If the customer ordered a configuration of the mascot prepared by us by purchasing the product in the store without using the product wizard, the order is packed immediately after sewing and immediately sent to the customer.
In the case of non-standard orders, orders placed using the product wizard or orders with individual wishes as to the configuration or additions. Before shipping, we send the customer a photo of the finished product and wait for its approval. After approval, we pack and send the product to the customer immediately.

After reserving the ordered goods, the customer receives by e-mail the bank account number to which the correct amount should be transferred.
